There is 3.25TB of physical space free on the 5D. The 5D is configured with five 2TB drives, it currently has 4.35TB used and is configured for a max of 16TB. I have no problem with the original Drobo. I have 2 Drobo systems: one is an original 4 drive Drobo connected via Firewire 800 the other is a 5D Thunderbolt that uses 5 drives. I've had a Drobo system since they were first released and used them without any issues for years. Drobo dashboard osx el capitan software#No other software has any issue with access or files on the Drobo. So it seems to me that Capture One 9 (don't know about other versions) has an issue with reading files from the Drobo. As another test I copied one of the Raw files on the Drobo to a folder on my Desktop and tried to import it no problem. So next I try files on LaCie 1 no problem. Next for grins I selected a folder on the internal hard drive and the files show up in the preview and can be imported. This seemed very odd to me so I tried various other folders and Raw files stored on the Drobo same thing nothing. Selecting the Raw folder I got nothing in the preview to the import. I next tried to import the Raw files directly. I deleted the session I imported from the catalog. So I thought something was wrong with the session. This seemed odd to me so I checked the file using Photoshop and they open just fine in the Raw converter. Upon importing all my files (Nikon RAW NEF) showed up with a question mark with the unsupported or corrupted message. I created a new catalog and tried to import the session. I recently did a tethered shoot using my MacBook Pro, then transferred the entire session over to my iMac on to the Drobo. I have 3 external storage devices: 2 LaCie 2Big Thunderbolt drives with 4TB each and a Drobo 5D Thunderbolt Raid with 8TB. I am using 9.0.3.5 on El Capitan on an iMac with 24GB RAM. Drobo dashboard osx el capitan serial#With the board plugged into this external USB adaptor I noticed that serial port switched to /dev/tty.usbmodemFD141 and after selecting that port in the Ardunio IDE communication worked fine again and I can resume Arduino development on my El Capitan system.I am new to Capture One but not to computers and photography. On my OSX 10.11 system I still had trouble with serial communication hanging until I added a cheap Belkin 3 to 1 USB adaptor (thanks for the idea PhilippeFromGpe ) that I had lying around. Drobo dashboard osx el capitan driver#I don't think I will :oĪfter replacing the FTDI driver I saw the serial /dev/tty.usbmodem1D11 appear when I plugged my Uno board into the USB port.
